The Hygiclad-10 system comprises of a smooth-faced 10mm thick sheet with a foam core, together with a range of jointing and finishing profiles. Light in weight and with significant rigidity, Hygiclad 10mm can be fixed directly to appropriately spaced studwork, battens or stapping.

For applications in which surfaces may be subject to a greater degree of heavy treatment or regular impact, hygiclad-03 sheet, with its matching jointing sections, provides an extremely hard-wearing finish, which is capable of being applied to contoured masonry substrates or to any solid board or structural component. The solid nature of the 3mm sheets allows them to worked with a range of standard woodworking tools and machinery.
